This policy explains what Signature Studio stores, why we need it, and the choices you have. Effective September 10, 2026.

A signature becomes publicly reachable only when you create a share link.
Your information is not for sale.
We use your data to run the studio—not to sell advertising profiles.
Account information
What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address and securely process your password. We also keep the sign-in session needed to recognize your account when you return.
Creative information
What you add
When you use the studio, we store the contact details, design names, layout choices, colors, type settings, social links, photos, logos, and backgrounds you choose to save.
Purpose
How we use it
We use this information to sign you in, save and display your designs, create the exports and share pages you request, operate account features, prevent misuse, and respond to feedback.

Photos and logos
Uploaded media is stored so it can appear in your saved designs, previews, share pages, and exports. Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
Sharing
Public signature links
Your studio library is private to your account. If you intentionally create a share link, anyone with that link may be able to view the published signature and the information included in it.
Sessions
Essential cookies
Signature Studio uses a necessary sign-in cookie to keep you logged in securely. It supports account access and is not used to build an advertising profile.
Studio activity
Analytics we collect
We record limited first-party activity such as page and section views, account creation, sign-ins, saved designs, signature copies, downloads, shares, and checkout starts. For website visits, we may also record the date and time, page viewed, referring website, browser or device information, IP address, and the approximate city, region, and country supplied by the visitor's network. This information is shown only in the private owner dashboard and is used to understand how the studio is discovered, measure performance, and help protect the service. We do not request precise GPS location, store full payment-card details, or build advertising profiles.
Payments
Billing information
If paid plans are activated, checkout and billing are processed by Stripe. Signature Studio may store your Stripe customer identifier, plan, subscription status, payment status, amount, and billing dates. Payment-card details are collected and handled by Stripe rather than stored by Signature Studio.
Your control
Your choices
You can update or remove saved design details inside the studio. You can also stop sharing a design by removing its public link, when that option is available, or request help through the in-product feedback channel.
Lifecycle
Retention and deletion
We keep account and design information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request account or data deletion through the in-product feedback channel.
Boundaries
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, use your account email as automatic permission for marketing, or store complete payment-card numbers. We do not make your private design library public, and we do not publish a signature unless you choose a sharing feature.
Updates
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date and provide appropriate notice inside the product. Questions can be sent through the feedback option in Signature Studio.
