The basics
Using the service
You may use Signature Studio to create, save, duplicate, share, and export email signature designs. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to use the studio lawfully.
Your account
Account responsibility
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and let us know if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Ownership
Your content
You keep ownership of the names, copy, logos, photos, links, and other content you add. You give Signature Studio permission to host and process that content only as needed to operate the features you choose.
Permissions
Respecting other people’s work
Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Do not impersonate others, mislead recipients, distribute harmful material, or infringe intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
Fair use
Things you may not do
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another person’s account or private designs, bypass safeguards, introduce malicious code, scrape the studio at scale, or use it for unlawful or deceptive activity.
Early access
Beta access and pricing
The service is currently offered as a free beta. Preview pricing is not active and may change before launch. We will provide notice before introducing charges; no payment will be taken without your clear action.
Paid plans
Payments and renewals
If paid plans are activated, checkout will clearly identify whether a purchase is recurring or one time before you pay. Recurring plans continue until canceled under the terms shown at checkout. Payment processing, invoices, and billing management may be provided through Stripe.
Connections
Links and outside services
Your signatures may include links to websites and social platforms you choose. Those destinations have their own terms and privacy practices, and you are responsible for the links you add.
Reliability
Availability and backups
We work to keep Signature Studio reliable, but beta features may change, pause, or occasionally be unavailable. Keep a downloaded copy of important signature HTML as a backup.
Access
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or the public, including for misuse or violations of these terms.
Updates
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the studio grows. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide appropriate notice inside the product.
